hooked up to any plumbing and has no rips or anything wrong with the chair
 or the mechanisms. The body is also in great condition except 1 scuff on the
side near the back. Probably from moving the unit. The scuff can be filled
in easily and has no effect on the unit.  We are offering a 1 year limited
